Learn how to ask good questions.  Asking good questions is key to progressing in your profession.

Accept people for what they are, not what you think they should be.

Join Jaycees and take all the leadership skills and public speaking courses they offer.

Read biographies of people you admire.  Learn about their character and philosophy.

Learn something from everyone you meet.

Tip well, your mother was a waitress before we were married.

Collect a library of books in your home.

Cars are for transportation, not status.

Practice the Golden Rule

Plant at least one tree in your lifetime.

Accept compliments.

Control your temper.
